Pandit – Eternity Spin [2011]

Pandit es el vertedero musical para el cantante/compositor/productor Tejano Lance Smith.

Después de múltiples fallidos en varios proyectos, Smith decidió continuar su carrera como solista en 2009, con la intensión de desarrollar canciones pop bien elaboradas con tintes de experimentación  alternativa lo cual ha sido el objetivo principal de Smith en el papel de Pandit.

Smith describe su trabajo como un enfoque de "Nunca sabes lo que vas a conseguir"  No hay una fórmula sobre la forma en que Smith escribe sus canciones.

Pandit combina elementos de Shoegaze y Chillwave logrando una perfecta experiencia de Dream Pop para el que escucha.

Daedelus – Bespoke [2011]

Después de un par de ocupados años viajando, re mezclando y colaborando con otros, Alfred Darlington A.K.A.  Daedelus regresa con su nuevo LP, 'Bespoke', título que resume la visión singular y excéntrica de un artista obsesionado tanto con la ropa de la época victoriana como con la música del futuro.

Bespoke se define como "un término empleado para referirse a un objeto hecho a la medida" Darlington explica que "No sólo es un reflejo del propia LP, sino también una visión de la vida." Es la forma en que Daedelus declara que es posible crecer y florecer como músico, sin conformarse con la fábrica gris del género.

Estos algunos datos que debes saber de Clare Maguire:

Clare es originaria de Birmingham, Inglaterra, y cuanta con 23 años, su voz ha sido comparada con Annie Lennox y Stevie Nicks.

Clare se ha ido relacionando con Jay-Z, Jarvis Cocker (quien le cedió uno de sus temas), Hurts (con quienes ha salido de gira) y con Mike Skinner con quien realizo un dueto.

Ha sido nombrada como ‘Next Big Thing’ por la Q Magazine y la BBC la posiciono en la quinta posición en su lista ‘Sounds of 2011’ que incluye los 15 artistas más prometedores para 2011.

Fraser T. Smith, quien ha trabajado para Keane, Kylie Minogue, Ellie Goulding y Cee-Lo Green, es el responsable de la producción de  Light After Dark, el cual sorprende principalmente por su voz.

Lupe Fiasco - Lasers [2011]

Lasers lleva por nombre el tercer álbum del rapero americano Lupe Fiasco, el cual fue producido entre 2009 y 2010. Entre los productores que colaboran el Lasers se encuetran The Neptunes, Needlz, Alex da Kid, Syience, y el colaborador por largo tiempo Soundtrakk, entre otros.

De acuerdo a uno de los tweets de Fiasco " Lasers ...comes from some repressed highschool outcast shit...blended amidst 'And He Gets the Girl' ambitions."
